This Privacy Policy describes how we use, share, and protect information that we collect from you and your child through the mobile apps published by Imagine Create Media. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection, use or disclosure of personal and non-personal information through any apps for which Imagine Create Media is not the publisher.

- Imagine Create Media follows the principles of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), a U.S. law designed to protect the online privacy of children through the use of our app. If you would like to learn more about COPPA, you can refer to the “Children’s Privacy” section of the Federal Trade Commission’s website.
- We do not collect personally identifiable information about you or share that information with other companies. We do not allow advertising companies to collect data through our app for ad targeting. Imagine Create Media does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or within the child-directed portions of our app. If we were to collect and store personal information from children, we would obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before such collection, unless the collection of information falls within an exception that is permitted under COPPA.
- If you submit a support request via e-mail, we may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request. We use these information only to provide support to you. We don’t share your email address unless we have your express consent. At any time, you can ask us to amend or delete the information you have provided to us.
- We do not collect or use the user’s precise geographic location.
- If you make any direct purchases from us (that is, purchases not made through an app store), your credit card or debit card information (such as card type and expiration date) and other financial data that we need to process your payment may be collected and stored by the payment processors with which we work. In addition, the payment processors generally provide us with some limited information related to you, such as a unique token that enables you to make additional purchases using the information they’ve stored, including recurring payments if you authorize automatic renewals, and your card’s type, expiration date, and certain digits of your card number.
